Shipping Costs
We offer fast and reliable shipping for your order:
- Free shipping: We deliver your package for free on orders of65.00 CHF or more.
- Shipping costs for orders under 65 CHF: For orders ranging from0.01 CHF to 64.99 CHF, we charge a flat rate of5.90 CHF.
We’ll process and ship your order as quickly as possible. You can enter your shipping address when placing your order.
Sales tax depends on your place of residence and is therefore initially displayed in the shopping cart as a flat-rate estimate. During the checkout process, this amount is updated and shown in its final form in the summary.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time in Switzerland is usually 1 to 2 business days

Returns
Once you have received the merchandise, you have 14 days to cancel your order, provided the merchandise remains unopened. You can find more information on this in ourcancellation policy.
Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs already incurred or the cost of returning the items. We ask that you pack the products securely to prevent any damage during shipping.
