Delivery

Your package will be delivered to you within the specified delivery time, depending on the location. We send our parcels by Swiss Post or DHL, depending on the delivery location. You may be required to sign for receipt. If you are not found when the delivery is attempted, the delivery person will leave a card with instructions on how to collect the parcel. Please note that we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not resend your package if you have been unable to collect it.

Returns

As this is a cosmetic product, the product cannot be returned unless there are clear defects in the product.

Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of products in the online shop of SKINDIVIDUAL & MORE GmbH and to all information, documents, graphics, films, for music and/or all other services provided to you in the online shop or by SKINDIVIDUAL.

Conclusion of contract and withdrawal

Your order constitutes an offer to www.skindividual.ch to conclude a purchase contract. When you place an order with SKINDIVIDUAL, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and listing its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order. A contract of sale is not concluded until you have paid and we have dispatched the ordered product to you.
If the goods are not available despite the acceptance of your order, we have the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we undertake to inform you immediately of the unavailability of the ordered goods and, if your credit card, PayPal account or bank account has already been debited, we will refund the purchase price immediately. Order quantities must correspond to household quantities.

The drawings, illustrations, pictures, specifications, technical data, descriptions of weight, dimensions and performance shown by SKINDIVIDUAL are not binding and deviations from the final product may occur. We reserve the right to make product changes.

In order to make full use of the SKINDIVIDUAL Shop, including adding items to the shopping cart and the payment process, you must set your browser to allow both cookies and pop-ups.
The SKINDIVIDUAL Shop is operated by SKINDIVIDUAL & MORE GmbH, a company officially registered under Swiss law with the following address: SKINDIVIDUAL & MORE GmbH, Schweizersbildstrasse 35, CH-8207 Schaffhausen.

Contributions

If you send any ideas, comments, questions, data, pictures, graphics or the like to the SKINDIVIUAL Shop, they become the exclusive property of SKINDIVIDUAL. The contributions will be considered non-confidential and we will use or publish them in any way, without obligation or notice to you. The Submissions or any other information you submit to us shall not be or consist of any material that is offensive, pornographic, defamatory, blasphemous, illegal or in violation of any applicable law, civil, criminal or religious. You acknowledge that anything you submit is your property and that you have not copied it in whole or in part from any third party. Please do not send us anything that requires confidential treatment.
Retention of titleWe retain title to the purchased item until all claims arising from the delivery contract have been paid in full.

Warranty for defects and liability

For all products that can be purchased in the SKINDIVIDUAL Shop, the warranty period in unopened condition is 1 month from the day on which the goods leave our premises. The warranty period only applies to products that clearly show defects. in warranty cases, the products must be returned directly to SKINDIVIDUAL. The cost of returns will be borne by the customer. The warranty covers all defects occurring within the agreed warranty period, insofar as these are demonstrably caused by poor materials or faulty manufacture. However, the liability is limited, at the discretion of the guarantor, to replacement or to reimbursement of the invoice value of the defective goods. further claims by the buyer are excluded.

Data protection

All personal data will be treated confidentially. The data required for the business transaction will be stored and only passed on to the affiliated companies within the framework of the order processing.

Purchase on account with instalment facility (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can simply pay your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim that has arisen and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's terms and conditions in addition to our GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

All contracts are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

Dispute resolution

The EU Commission has set up a website for online dispute resolution between entrepreneurs and consumers (ODR platform), which you can access at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

The company SKINDIVIDUAL is willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings at a consumer arbitration board.
