Information on the right of withdrawal for consumers
Cancellation policy
Consumer is defined as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for primarily non-commercial or self-employed purposes.
Right of cancellation
The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase contract within thirty days without having to give any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, came into possession of the product(s).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SKINDIVIDUAL & MORE GmbH, Winterthurerstr. 710, 8247 Flurlingen ZH, Switzerland, e-mail: info@skindividual.ch, Tel.: +41 79 876 33 24) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we have received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is sooner. You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than thirty days from the day you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the thirty-day period.
You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is due to handling of the goods not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination on the part of the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Returns
The modalities indicated in this section "Returns" are not a prerequisite for the actual exercise of the right of withdrawal under the section "Information on the right of withdrawal for consumers".
Consumers are kindly requested to inform SKINDIVIDUAL (e-mail: info@skindividual.ch, telephone: +41 79 876 33 24) of the return before returning the goods. This will enable the seller to allocate the products as quickly as possible. Consumers are also asked to keep the proof of dispatch after sending the goods. Furthermore, consumers are advised not to damage or contaminate the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in the original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the possession of the buyer, another suitable packaging must be used to ensure adequate protection against damage during transport and to avoid possible claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
