Notice Regarding the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Notice of the Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within thirty days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (SKINDIVIDUAL & MORE GmbH, Schweizersbildstrasse 35, 8207 Schaffhausen, Switzerland, email: info@skindividual.ch, Tel.: +41 77 510 92 99) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although its use is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than thirty days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than thirty days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the thirty-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
– End of the Cancellation Policy –
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
SKINDIVIDUAL provides the following information regarding the model withdrawal form in accordance with statutory regulations:

Returns
The procedures described in this “Returns” section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal as set forth in the “Notice Regarding the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers” section.
Before returning any items, consumers are asked to notify SKINDIVIDUAL (email: info@skindividual.ch, phone: +41 77 510 92 99) to announce the return. This allows the seller to identify the products as quickly as possible. Consumers are also asked to retain the shipping receipt after sending the goods. Furthermore, customers are asked to avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the buyer no longer has the original packaging, another suitable type of packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against damage during shipping and to avoid any claims for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
